A conducting wire using yarn is provided to prevent a short circuit and naturally cope with bend by having light weight and high flexibility in comparison with copper and aluminum. In a conducting wire(10) using yarn(11), the yarn(11) is a nonconductor. A conductive film(12) is formed on a surface of the yarn(11) and conducts current. The conductive film(12) is made by mixing resin, conductive powder, a viscosity control agent, a filler, a dispersant, and a flame retardant.
