A method and an apparatus for selectively setting a wireless communication function of plural wireless communication devices are provided to enable a user to previously set on/off of the wireless communication function, thereby selectively turning the function of the plural various wireless communication devices on/off. A method for selectively setting a wireless communication function of plural wireless communication devices comprises the following steps of: selecting the wireless communication function of at least one wireless communication device of the plural wireless communication devices(S402); and operating the wireless communication function of at least one wireless communication device according to the above selection(S410). The above selection step comprises the following steps of: generating a scan code by the selection(S404); enabling a launcher to check the generated scan code and set an on/off profile about the wireless communication function of the devices(S406); and operating an SMI(System Management Interrupt) routine according to the set profile(S408).
