An auto-separable charging apparatus of a mobile phone is provided to prevent an over-charge of a battery without manually separating a battery from a charging apparatus. In an auto-separable charging apparatus of a mobile phone, a bimetal unit(40) has a locking member(41) on both sides of an inner body part. An elastic member(12) is located at a bottom of an inner insertion part. In the bimetal unit(40), a power application unit(43) applies power. A charging sensor is connected to the power application unit(43) to sense whether a charging is completed or not.
