A pack sheet composition is provided to be able to remove various inflammation sources of skin by absorption-dialysis of various pathogens and toxic materials by including activated carbon, and minimize itch and side effect of the skin by using carboxyvinyl polymer instead of using gelatin. The pack sheet composition comprises 5-12 wt.% of activated carbon, 1-45 wt.% of a water-soluble polymer material including a carboxyvinyl polymer, and 10-25 wt.% of at least one supplemental additive selected from the group consisting of a green tea extract, a pine needle extract, aloe vera, arbutin, opuntia ficus indica, a malt extract, linseed oil, kaolin, elvan, tourmaline, and okyoungsan. The composition further comprises a moisturizing agent, a percutaneous absorption promoter, an abirritant and a pH adjusting agent.
