A second thermal isolation is placed inside the cavity forming thermal isolation and absorption (20) around the digital word memory elements (16). At elevated temperature the inner isolation and absorption layer, which is made of an inorganic endothermic material with ceramic fibres, turns from a solid to a liquid without freeing the liquid.
