A system and a method for managing data writing of a non-volatile memory are provided to write data to the non-volatile memory in a smart card until a data writing frequency limit of all non-volatile memories. A data storing part(100) comprises the non-volatile memory and includes multiple data storing cells for writing the data. A data writing counter(110) comprises the non-volatile memory and includes multiple data writing counter cells respectively matched with each data storing cell and storing the data writing frequency of the matched data storing cell. A CPU(200) selects the data writing counter cell by searching, comparing, and analyzing the data writing frequency stored in the data writing counter cell, and generates an address of the data storing cell for writing the data by using the address of the data storing cell matched with the selected data writing counter cell. An address storing part(300) comprises a volatile memory and stores the generated address of the data storing cell. |
