A mediation service method for demand/supply of temporary/short-time manpower is provided to remarkably simplify a mediation/management procedure for requesting/supplying the temporary manpower by offering an automatic service system for making suppliers and demanders cooperated with each other. Personal information, and a field, a level, a frequency, and a time range for available manpower of a supply member are stored to a communication server as member information. A demand member transmits a signal for selecting a manpower type, a member type, and the desired member to the communication server. The supply members for offering the manpower are searched in the communication server according to a condition set by the demand member, and a question for agreeing to supply of the manpower is transmitted to the searched supply members. Manpower point of each supply member is increased or decreased according to a response time or a predetermined condition. A manpower performance report is received from the supply member finishing work. |
