A mobile communication terminal having a swivel hinge for shock-absorbing is provided to absorb shock as a coil spring is elastically transformed when tensile force or an impact is transmitted in a length direction of a hinge axis, thereby preventing a part of a hinge housing and a cam housing, which the hinge connects, or a hinge from being damaged. In a mobile communication terminal having a swivel hinge(100) which is swiveled around the second axis perpendicular with the first axis, wherein an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) part is folded or opened from a body around the first axis, one end of a hinge shaft(131) positioned at the second axis is fixed on one part of the body or the LCD part. The other part is rotatably supported to the hinge shaft(131). The hinge shaft(131) moves along the second axis according as an elastic body, connected to the hinge shaft(131), is elastically transformed by force given in a direction that the body and the LCD part become open.
