A bidirectional butterfly valve sheet structure is provided to secure a sealing property by minimizing the wear of a valve disc and a sheet when the valve is opened and closed. A bidirectional butterfly valve sheet structure includes a valve body(100), a sheet(200), and a urethane coating layer(310). The valve body has an insertion recess for inserting the sheet. The sheet is made of stainless steel and is introduced into the insertion recess when the valve body is cast. The inner surface of the sheet is curved so as to have a recessed shape. The urethane coating layer has the same curvature as the curved surface of the sheet. The urethane coating layer is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the valve disc. A separation preventing recess is formed at the lower end of the insertion recess. Insertion sections are integrally formed with both sides of a lower portion of the sheet. A recess is formed on the inner peripheral surface making contact with the outer peripheral surface of the valve disc.
