A mobile communication terminal having a rotary locking knob is provided to rotate the rotary locking knob, of which part is exposed to the outside of the case, in order to lock/release a battery, thereby providing freshness to a user by an operating method different from a conventional method and being strong against an external impact. A rotary knob(120), of which part is exposed to the outside, is mounted in the body of a mobile communication terminal. A locking pin(135) is formed in the end of the rotary knob(120) protruded in a direction where a battery(150) is mounted. When the battery(150) is mounted on the body, a groove(151) is formed on the battery(150). A rotating shaft(131) is inserted into the groove(151). A locking groove(153) is formed in the inside of the groove(151) where the locking pin(135) is inserted into or withdrawn from as being rotated along the rotary knob(120).
