PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for molding a molded article capable of shortening the production cycle of the molded article and stabilizing quality, and its molding method. SOLUTION: The molding apparatus for molding a steering wheel is equipped with a mold, a urethane injection device, a film forming material injection device 30 and a vacuum mechanism. In the film forming material device 30, a predetermined amount of a film forming material to be injected in a cavity is weighed by a weighing cylinder 40 to be injected in the cavity by an injection cylinder 50. Thereafter, the cavity is evacuated by the vacuum mechanism and, then, a urethane resin is injected in the cavity by the urethane injection device. |
