A remote monitoring device, a remote monitoring system, and a remote monitoring method are provided to properly transform and supply monitoring information through at least one auxiliary communication network when a main communication network is broken and to appropriately obtain, store, and transmit the monitoring information according to the states of a power source and the auxiliary communication network. A remote monitoring device(200) includes: a monitoring information receiving unit obtaining plural monitoring information; a monitoring information storing unit(230) storing the received monitoring information; an auxiliary power unit supplying power when a main power source is weakened; communication units(250,260) transmitting the information to plural communication networks(310,320,330); and a control unit(240) switching the auxiliary power unit and the main power source according to the state of power, selectively transmitting at least a part of the information stored in the monitoring information storing unit through a bypass network or a main communication network supported by the communication unit according to the state of the present communication network, and reducing the power consumption rate by changing an operation mode of at least one of the monitoring information receiving unit, the monitoring information storing unit, and the communication unit according to the power consumption of the auxiliary power unit in using the auxiliary power unit. |
