A manufacturing method of a luminescent synthetic fiber is provided to distribute uniformly the luminescent materials without using a separate luminescent material master badge chip. A synthetic resin chip is dried and transferred through a transferring pipe. The maximum diameter of the luminescent materials is controlled and the luminescent materials is powdered. Thereafter, the luminescent materials is measured and projected into the transferring pipe. The supplied synthetic resin chip and the luminescent powder are passed through a mixture dispersion device so that the uniformly mixed mixture is obtained. The mixture is projected into a melting extruder and spun. |
