An artificial eye and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to give perspective and cubic effects and to enable a user to feel as if the artificial eye is a real one by having a structure of coloring iris on surfaces that are separated from each other. The artificial eye includes a base layer(11), an auxiliary layer(13) and a protection layer(15). The base layer(11) has the shape of a hemisphere, and a part of iris is colored on the arc shape outer surface of the base layer(11). The auxiliary layer(13) is stacked on the base layer(11), and on the outer surface of the auxiliary layer(13) that is separated from the outer surface of the base layer(11), the remaining portion of the iris is colored to give perspective and cubic effect. The protection layer(15) made of a transparent material is formed to cover the outer surface of the auxiliary layer(13).
