An SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst for removing nitrogen oxide is provided to include activity materials including vanadium and antimony. The catalyst includes a carrier and an activity material. The activity material plays a role of catalyst at the reduction reaction of the nitrogen oxide and is supported into the carrier and includes vanadium and antimony. The carrier includes at least one of titanium oxide, silicate, zirconia, alumina and the mixture of these. The carrier includes vanadium of 1-3 wt %. The vanadium includes vanadium oxide.
