DOWNLOAD APPLICATION TYPE INTERNATION CALLING CARD AND ITS SELLING AND CALL SERVICE METHOD

An application download type international call card, a selling method thereof, and a call service method using the same are provided to realize simply usage without remembering or managing a PIN(Personal ID Number) assigned for user authentication and billing by simplifying a purchase or call/charging procedure. A guide page based on a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) is provided to sell the international call card to a user connected through a mobile terminal(S302). An application corresponding to an international call card purchase request received through the guide page is loaded from an application database, and the PIN of the international call card matched with the application is generated and loaded to the application(S304). The application including the PIN is downloaded to the mobile terminal(S305). If download is completed, user information related to purchase is stored to a user database and a PIN database, and a post-process for the user authentication and the billing is performed by informing a mobile communication company of the user information(S308).
