A waterproof construction method and a waterproof layer structure are provided to improve working efficiency by discharging moisture and air, to resist vibration or earthquake by constructing a soft fiber reinforced plastic sheet, and to maximize waterproof effect by reducing construction failure. A waterproof surface is cleaned after or before installing a guide passage(S1), and the guide passage for discharging moisture and air is installed in the waterproof surface(S3). The waterproof surface is smoothed by a background adjuster after mounting the guide passage(S5), and an adhesive is spread thereon(S7). A soft fiber reinforced plastic sheet is mounted after spreading the adhesive(S9), and a connection portion of the soft fiber reinforced plastic sheet is attached(S11). A waterproof agent is coated(S13), and the adhesive is formed of fiber reinforced plastic adhesive. The soft reinforced plastic sheet is spaced from the waterproof surface. |
