A zinc layer(21) is formed on a surface of the frame. A resin layer is formed on the surface of the frame. The zinc layer or the resin layer is formed on the surface of the frame. The zinc layer has a thickness range of 1 micrometer to 100 micrometers. The resin layer has a thickness range of 1 micrometer to 100 micrometers.
