A ball pitching training device is provided to achieve exercising effects of pitching a ball without pitching a ball actually, and to enable a user to exercise the detailed action of actual pitching. The ball pitching training device includes a support rod(10), a rotation ball(20) and a fixing unit(30). The support rod(10) is formed to be lengthy. The rotation ball(20) in the shape of a baseball is rotatively installed on one end of the support rod(10). The fixing unit(30) is capable of being fixed on a fixed material, and the other end of the support rod(10) on which the rotation ball(20) is mounted is fixed on the fixing unit(30). The fixing unit(30) fixing the support rod(10) on which the rotation ball(20) is mounted on a fixed material. A through-hole(21) is formed on the rotation ball(20). The support rod(10) is fitted in the through-hole.
