Provided is an apparatus for injecting a sauce for meat which injects a sauce into meat easily and conveniently and can be disjoined and assembled for ease washing process. The apparatus comprises a manual gun(20) which comprises a main body(21), a handle(22) formed at the rear part of the main body, and a lever(23) formed at the front part of the handle and connected with a push rod(25); a sauce cartridge(30) which comprises a sauce withdrawal hole(31) where a sauce is filled at the front part and a piston(32) pushing the sauce at the rear part and is accommodated in the main body of the manual gun; and a sauce supplier(40) which comprises a plurality of syringe needles(41).
