A method for supplying a mobile signature service and a system therefor are provided to offer a service which automatically sends a mobile signature including a message and an electronic name card to the other party's terminal after a telephone call is terminated, thereby creating profits by targeting young customers and marketing business persons. In a mobile signature server(240), an originating mobile communication terminal(210) accesses to set a mobile signature. The mobile signature server(240) generates an electronic name card after receiving a mobile signature transmission signal from the originating terminal(210), and transmits the mobile signature to a receiving mobile communication terminal(212). A mobile signature DB(242) stores the mobile signature set in the mobile signature server(240) by the originating terminal(210).
