A method for a last will service using the wired/wireless network is provided to prevent troubles caused from absence of a last will when a user dies from an unpredictable accident by registering the last will through the wired/wireless network and offering the last will to a surviving family after death of the user. The user registers the last will and the surviving family information to receive the last will by connecting to a service server through the wired/wireless network. When dead information is received from civil affairs server managing information related to the death, the service server determines whether the death is the user who registers the last will(S304). In case of the user registering the last will, the service server extracts the surviving family information(S306). The service server provides the registered last will to the surviving family based on the extracted surviving family information through the wired/wireless network(S308). |
