A JTAG connecting device for a mobile communication terminal is provided to enable a JTAG signal to be assigned to an NC(No Connection) pin of a memory socket, thereby enabling the mobile communication terminal to interface a JTAG emulator without inserting a special connector to the mobile communication terminal having a pin structure different from a standard input/output pin structure and enabling a product to be miniaturized by reducing the inner space of the mobile communication terminal. A JTAG(Joint Test Action Group) connecting device for a mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: a memory socket(10) which is equipped within the mobile communication terminal and includes an input/output terminal, in which a JTAG signal, inputted/outputted through the mobile communication terminal, is assigned; and a JIG(20) which is connected to the memory socket(10) and outputs signals, applied from the memory socket(10), to the outside. The JTAG connecting device additionally includes an emulator, which is connected to the other side of the JIG(20) and generates and applies a test signal for testing performance of the mobile communication terminal.
