PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the contactless IC card in which a remarkable voltage drop in a supplied voltage through a rectifier circuit is prevented and a waveform of a change in a coil load is kept properly. SOLUTION: A high frequency signal received by a transmission reception coil 10 is rectified by a rectifier circuit 11, and the rectified signal is given to a rectifier capacitor 12 via a resistor circuit 40 and to a stabilizing circuit 14, from which the stabilized voltage is fed to each circuit as a power supply voltage Vcc. Furthermore, a subcarrier is phase-modulated at a modulation circuit with transmission data outputted from a data processing unit 18, a modulation output controls an impedance of a load generating circuit 13, and a read/ write device 2 detects its change to receive data from the contactless IC card 1. Moreover, the resistor circuit 40 is used to keep a waveform of a load change by the load generating circuit 13 proper. |
