A method for monitoring and repairing an electric leakage of a low voltage distribution line is provided to exactly judge the leakage of all lines using low voltage, in a slip band state and to quickly repair a leak section and a leak point. A method for monitoring and repairing an electric leakage of a low voltage distribution line in a slip band state is composed of steps of: setting the range and limit of a distribution line structure and a path and firstly defining the limit of a leak current of the entire second load of a transformer; measuring the leak current of the entire second load of the transformer, circulating current of a closed loop of the transformer, ground resistance, final ground leaking current, current of R, S, and T phases, and current values of a 3-phase and 4-line circuit and a 1-phase and 2-line branch circuit; measuring leakage values for each branch circuit of a ground point and an underground branch manhole if the total leakage value is over a reference value and measuring a leakage value between a final grounding line and the ground resistance of a ground line; detecting micro current by using a slip band leakage detector if values of resisting leakage current and general leakage current are over a standard value and determining that a spot where a value reaches the peak as getting closer to a leakage point is the leak point; and marking the correspondent line and the leak point, checking obstacles and selecting a repairing method, and then repairing the correspondent line.
