A movable concrete admixture quantitative feeding device is provided to produce the ready mixed concrete mixed with a small quantity of admixtures as the movable feeding device equipped with a hopper storing a small quantity of admixtures is moved and installed to a batcher plant in case of need. The movable concrete admixture quantitative feeding device is composed of an admixture storing part(500) storing the concrete admixture; an admixture supply unit(700) pouring the admixture into the admixture storing part; an admixture input unit(600) quantitatively pouring a small quantity of the admixture contained in the admixture storing part in a ready mixed concrete line of a batcher plant; and a concrete admixture quantitative feeding device unit(30) loaded in a truck to move to the predetermined place and formed by integrally installing the admixture storing part and the admixture input unit together with a frame(20). The admixture storing part comprises an inlet port(511), a discharge port(512), and a main hopper(510) storing and feeding the functional admixture to be mixed with the ready mixed concrete. A bag opening input container(800) is combined at the inlet port of the main hopper to open an admixture poly bag. An opening blade(810) is fixed at the lower end of the bag opening input container to open the bags. A scattering prevention screen is joined at the upper end of the bag opening input container to prevent scattering of the admixture.
