SECTIONAL LIGHTWEIGHT DECK PLATES

A prefabricated lightweight deck plate is provided to install the deck plates easily by adjusting the width of the plate, and to drive safely by preventing a vehicle from being slipped with a non-slip unit. A deck plate(100) includes a side plate(120) having a connecting groove(121), a couple of through-holes(123) and a connecting pipe(125) communicated with the through hole, a couple of first assembling pipes(130) inserted to the connecting pipe to connect the side plates and provided with nut holes(131) communicated with the through-holes, a couple of variable plates(140) symmetrically installed outside the side plates and provided with seating sills(141), assembling holes(143) and second assembling pipes(145) with reverse nut holes(147), an adjuster(150) adjusting the gap between the side plate and the variable plate and having a handle(151) inside an assembling bar(155) with a bidirectional thread(153), and a cover plate installed between the connecting groove of the side plate and the seating sill of the variable plate. A non-slip unit(210) is installed in a concrete layer, and composed of a mesh frame(220) having plural vertical bars(221), plural horizontal bars(223), a connection bar(225) and a support bar(227), a joint pipe(230) connected to the connection bar, and a non-slip pad(240) protruded up in the concrete layer, made of synthetic resin and provided with plural projections(241) connected to the joint pipe.
