<p>A bio-chip scanner is provided to be able to make linear irradiation light by changing an angle of the same irradiation light entering into a prism surface through changing a refractive angle in accordance with the incidence angle of a rotary polygonal prism surface by using a polygonal prism. The bio-chip scanner comprises a light source(10) for generating laser or white light, a rotary prism(110) for scanning excited light generated from the light source, a bio-chip(70) where a spot(71) subjected to an analysis is attached to a substrate, a scan stage(80) which transfer the fixed bio-chip to be subjected to scanning, a condenser(50), a radiation filter(40) and a detector(60) for detecting radiation emitted from the spot and analyzing it.</p> |
