A part feeding head device and a part mounting head device, wherein the suction nozzle (65) of a reversal head device (22) comprises a tip face (65a) in which a suction hole (65b) is opened and a suction flow passage (65c) having one end communicating with the suction hole (65b). The portion of the tip face (65a) on the outside of the suction hole (65b) is brought into contact with the bumps (39) of an electronic part (12). The suction hole (65b) is opposed, through a clearance, to the portion of a mounting side surface (12a) on which the bumps (39) are not present. An air flow flowing from a clearance between the suction hole (65b) and the mounting side surface (12a) into the suction flow passage (65c) through the suction hole (65b) is produced by a vacuum pump (65).
