A lamination apparatus, an upper plate of a plasma display panel made by using the same, and a method for manufacturing an upper plate of a plasma display panel are provided to form easily a differential dielectric on an upper substrate of the plasma display panel. A transparent electrode is formed on a part of an upper glass. A bus electrode is formed on a part of the transparent electrode. An upper dielectric is formed on the upper glass, the transparent electrode, and the bus electrode. A plurality of grooves are formed at the same interval as a pitch of a lamination device(400) on a surface of the upper dielectric. A protective layer is formed on the upper dielectric.
