A stamper protection structure of a light guide plate forming mold is provided to prevent damage at corners of a stamper and a light emitting surface of a light guide member. A light guide member(4) is arranged on a lower die(3), and a fixed block(2) is arranged at a side of the lower die. The fixed block has an accommodation groove(7), and a movable block(8) is arranged in the accommodation groove. A cushion member(9) is arranged in a lower portion of the movable block. The cushion member is formed of one of urethane material, a spring, and a gas absorber.
