An illuminating apparatus in an oral cavity is provided to improve convenience by performing illumination of the oral cavity of the occipital region without shadow. An illuminating apparatus in an oral cavity includes an opening device(100) having a pair of opening holders(110) with a plurality of lamps(150) to grip lips, a linkage unit(120) to connect the opening holders(110) to each other, and a body(130) with a battery to drive the lamps(150), to illuminate the oral cavity and the occipital region, a charging device electrically connected to the battery(200) of the opening device(100) to be selectively attached to and detached from the opening device(100), and an illuminating device having a sterilizer to sterilize the opening device(100). The opening device(100) includes antibiotic silver nano-particles. The body(210) includes a plurality of charging terminals(140) spaced apart from each other, the battery to charge current introduced from the charging terminals(140), a socket to receive the battery and to electrically connect the charging terminals(140) to the battery, and a switch to switch the charged current to be supplied to the lamps(150).
