A construction method of a concrete structure is provided to manufacture a wall by assembling lightweight frames, and to construct the environment-friendly concrete structure regardless of places by charging clay, sand, loess and gravel. A second frame is combined with a fourth frame, and connected laterally by bolting. A wall is manufactured by assembling a door frame with a structure, and laying the structures. A room is formed by assembling a sixth frame with a bolt, and a roof truss is formed by assembling a tenth frame, a twenty second frame and a twenty fourth frame. The roof truss is placed on the wall, and a concrete structure is constructed by inserting plural annular steel beams and long bolts via the roof truss through the wall into the ground. A form is used as an outer finishing material without removal after constructing the concrete structure.
