A display unit assembling structure of a mobile terminal is provided to simplify assembling and disassembling and to improve productivity by reducing a required dimensional precision. An LCD bracket(100a) includes a plurality of hook protrusions(102a) and a plurality of upper ribs. A lower housing(100b) includes a plurality of hook insertion recesses(102b) fitted to the plurality of hook protrusions(102a), and a plurality of lower ribs fitted to the plurality of upper ribs. The plurality of hook protrusions(102a) are protruded at each center of an external side of both side walls in a lengthwise direction of the LCD bracket(100a). The plurality of upper ribs and the plurality of lower ribs are formed at positions symmetrical based on the plurality of hook protrusions(102a) and the plurality of hook insertion recesses(102b).
