PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set optimal laser irradiation condition according to the state of treatment site without depending the operator's experience by having a detecting means, which detects the thickness of hair within the laser irradiation for treatment, and a variable means for irradiation, which is able to change the condition of laser irradiation for treatment based on the detected result. SOLUTION: In advance, week output laser for treatment is diffused and irradiated as detection to the predetermined region of surface of skin that is the region of laser irradiation on treatment time, and then the temperature distribution of the area is imaged with a thermograph 6. The position of each pore is changed to the coordinate position, and the information of position and the information of size at each position are stored in a control part 20. When the command signal of the laser for depilation, a scanner controller 24 drives driving motors 14a and 14b based on the stored information of position, and the control part 20 controls the driving of laser source 21 to irradiate each one with changing the irradiating condition of laser irradiation output and irradiation time to be optimal according to the thickness of hair. |
