<p>The vane cell oil pump has a fixed housing (1). It has a rotating group including a shaft (5) and a side plate (19) inside the housing. There are seals (9) to prevent fluid leaking along the shaft. - Sealing lips (16) touch the shaft and an axial sealing lip (31) presses against the flat face of the side plate to prevent radial leakage.
