An EL(Electroluminescence) printed keypad by a single process and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to perform a rapid electrostatic discharge through a discharge terminal passing through an illumination unit. An EL printed keypad by a single process includes a plate unit(11), an illumination unit(12), an adhesive unit(13), a supporting unit(14), and a bottom molding unit(15). A key top shape is formed inside the thin film type plate unit(11). The illumination unit(12) is formed by directly printing the EL on the inner surface of the plate unit(11). An electrostatic shield unit is formed between the plate unit(11) and the illumination unit(12). And, a discharging terminal passes through the illumination unit(12) from the electrostatic shield unit.
