An apparatus of putting out a fire using a cable support tray is provided to prevent secondary disaster by extinguishing the transfer of fire through cable within a predetermined section. The apparatus of putting out fire using a cable support tray includes a fire prevention support plate(10) made of fire retarding material having a plurality of cable grooves(11), fixing units(12) and bolt holes(13); a fire prevention covering plate(20) fixed on top of a cable(8) to face the fire prevention support plate(10); a box-installing lower plate(30) having a powder container(31), a plurality of cable grooves(33), a fixing unit(32), box fixing surface(34) and spring grooves(35); a fire extinguishing box(40) having a fire extinguishing powder storage(42) and an isolating plate fixing unit(47); an isolating plate(52) having a plurality of spring fixed projections(54) and pin holes(53); a covering plate(60) having an isolating plate entrance hole(62) and a fixing unit(63); and a shape memory fixing pin having a shape memory alloy piece and a pin.
