A removal safety net installation frame for a steel construction frame is provided to prohibit construction materials and workers from falling in advance by mounting a safety net to the outside of a building. A removal safety net installation frame for a steel construction frame comprises a guide frame(10) having a flange hooking groove(12) fixed to one side end of a lower flange of the steel construction frame to be adhered to the lower surface of the flange, and a guide rail(11) crossing the lower surface of the flange and horizontally stretching; a moving frame(20) having a flange hooking groove(22) corresponded to the flange groove and, fixed to the other side end of the lower flange, and moving forward and backward along the guide rail of the guide frame; a driving medium(30) and a power transmission medium(29) connecting the guide frame and the moving frame with a device, and moving the moving frame along the guide rail of the guide frame by the control of a worker; and a safety net pole(40) upwardly inserted from one end of the guide frame, and provided with a safety fixing unit for installing an safety net.
