A multi metal-incorporated nickel phosphate molecular sieve is provided to have improved stability, to contain high concentration of multiple metal fractions and to be applied in manufacturing hydrogen storage material, optical and electronic substance, catalyst and catalyst supporter, adsorbent, etc. by simultaneously adding metals with small and large ion radiuses, respectively, to constitutional components of the sieve. The composition for nickel phosphate molecular sieve is formed by using nickel compound, 0.3-3.0mole fraction of phosphorus compound, and 0.001-1.0mole fraction of a reaction product containing two or more selected from transition metal, representative metal, VIII rare metal and lanthanum. The sieve is VSB-5 containing multiple metals. The reaction product in the composition further includes 0.5-10mole fraction of fluorine compound. Metal used in the sieve is two or more selected from Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Zn, Si, Mg, La and Ce. The sieve is fabricated by simultaneously substituting metals with smaller or larger ion radius than that of any one among constitutional components in the sieve.
