Provided is an organic electroluminescence device, which is improved in a lifespan and an efficiency by using an electron transport layer containing a mixture of hole block materials and electron transport materials. The organic electroluminescence device has a laminate structure that comprises a light emitting layer and an electron transport layer between a first electrode and a second electrode. The electron transport layer includes at least one hole block material and at least one electron transport material, and has a thickness of 0.1-500nm. The hole block material has an oxidation potential greater than 0.4V and a HOMO absolute value of 5.2eV or higher. The electron transport material has a mobility of 1.0Î10^(-6) cm^(2)/Vs or greater.
