Provided are rubber gloves that prevent various diseases by direct contact by blocking the direct contact of the skin and rubber and to give comfortable wearing sensation to a user by forming a space between the skin and an inner surface, and a manufacturing method for the same. The rubber gloves include a powder layer(120) formed on an inner surface and containing mugwort powder(122). The powder layer is densely spread on the inner surface so that the inner surface of the rubber gloves does not directly come in contact with the skin of a user that wears the rubber gloves. The powder layer further contains pure cotton powder(121) and lanolin that is skin protective agents, and the mugwort powder content is 30 to 90% of the weight of the whole powder layer. |
