An ADC(Analog-to-Digital Converter) calibration device inside a PM IC(power management integrated circuit) is provided to remove charging declination generated from each set by calibrating ADC(analog to digital) inside a PM IC. In an ADC calibration device inside a PM IC, a power supply(10) supplies a direct current from the outside to a battery terminal of a mobile terminal. A computer(45) is connected to the mobile terminal to identify a charging voltage level and controls the power supply(10) to charge battery voltage at a desired charging voltage level by a calibration program.
