Provided is an apparatus for measuring the amount of fuel released, which measures the exact amount of fuel released by vaporizing liquid fuel contained in released fuel and prevents liquid fuel from coming in a reformer. The apparatus(120a) for measuring the amount of released fuel comprises: a vaporizing section which is joined to a fuel transfer pipe(113) for connecting a fuel storage apparatus and a reformer with each other and vaporizes liquid fuel(111a) contained in fuel that is released from the fuel storage apparatus and goes through the fuel transfer pipe(113); and a measuring section which measures the amount of gas-phase fuel(111) going through the fuel transfer pipe(113).
