Provided is an heat recovery electrical generator capable of making oil out of waste tires to obtain a smallest scale phenomenon in a reactor and thus, to recover good quality energy sources such as oil, carbon, metal, and the like. The heat recovery electrical generator(300) is constituted by a heat exchanger(320), a steam turbine(330), a condenser(340), and a deaerator(350). The heat exchanger(320) is composed of an economizer(321), a steam drum(322), a first super heater(323), and a second super heater(324). In the heat exchanger(320), high-temperature gas discharged from a reactor and a remain drier is heat-exchanged. The heat-exchanged steam with the high-temperature gas goes through the steam turbine(330), the condenser(340), and the deaerator(350) in sequence to be liquefied and oxygen-free, and supplies water back to the economizer(321). |
