A receiver dryer and a condenser integrated with a receiver dryer are provided to reduce a weight thereof by assembling an O-ring for sealing to a condenser of a coolant through a joint. In a receiver dryer and a condenser(1) integrated with a receiver dryer, a protrusion(304) is formed in a shape of a ring. A joint structure is fixed to the receiver dryer by fitting a C-ring(306) to an entrance part of an opening part(4) of a joint for the condenser. The end portion of a body(300) is formed on a taper. A hole(302) is prepared on the end portion of the body to pass a coolant transmitted from a flow passage. A strainer(150) is inserted on the end portion of the body facing an outflow passage(3) of the coolant. Two sealing members(5,6) are buried in the end portion of the body. A round screw part(314) is formed on the end portion of the body and a joint is fixed to the condenser by being screwed. A screw part(324) is formed on the end portion of the taper part of the body. And, a protrusion is formed in a shape of a ring on the body by performing a bulging process.
