An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device having the same are provided to reduce power consumption of the display device and improve display quality of a sub display region by providing a reflective plate electrically connected to a switching device and formed in a permanent driving region. A substrate is divided into a permanent driving region(120) and a selective driving region(110). A switching device is formed in pixel regions(111,121) formed in the permanent driving region and the selective driving region. A reflective plate(180) is formed in the permanent driving region so as to be electrically connected to the switching device, and reflects light incident from the outside.
