Provided is a stabilization apparatus of a secondary battery, which automatically terminates an electric charging at the full-charge or over-charge point, and thus protects a lithium ion secondary battery from overcharge. The stabilization apparatus of a secondary battery comprises: a secondary battery(102); a power source(100) that is connected to both ends of the secondary battery(102) and supplies charge voltage and charge current to charge the secondary battery(102); and a secondary battery stabilization part(104) that short-circuits the power source(100) to terminate charging of the secondary battery(102) when the charge voltage of the secondary battery(102) is higher than predetermined voltage.
