A method for removing noise of an earmicrophone in a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal for the same are provided to remove the necessity for hardware by removing the noise by using white noise, thereby enlarging an installation area of a mobile terminal main body PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and accordingly making the mobile terminal slim. A method for removing noise of an earmicrophone in a mobile terminal comprises the following steps of: sensing whether the input of a predetermined key signal exists when the earmicrophone, comprising an ear speaker and a microphone, is mounted on a main body(S304); performing a process for influx of external white noise by driving the microphone for a predetermined time according to the sensing result(S305,S306); and outputting the white noise to the ear speaker(S307).
