A safe portable mouse memory device and a system thereof are provided to offer the memory device to be safely and easily transferred, and prevent a mouse and/or the safe memory device from being damaged while the mouse and the safe memory device are carried. The safe portable mouse memory device includes the mouse(20) equipped with an encoding processor communicating with a processor unit(70), a memory(60) having an unlock mode for enabling the memory to communicate with a processor unit and a lock mode for disabling the memory from communication with the processor unit, and an encoding key(67). If the encoding processor matches a received locking code and the encoding key, the memory is fixed to the unlock mode. The mouse transfers the data between the memory of the unlock mode and the processor unit through wireless connection.
